This Charbono was grown by Cooper Vineyards in Amador County.  Dark in color, aged 30% new American oak.  Hints of violets and forest.  The mouth feel is full bodied.  Raspberries, cherries and medium tannins on the finish.  Although this is our first Charbono, we feel it will age well and be a favorite in the School Street line-up.
