Affectionately nicknamed "Black Dog Brandy".  Made in the style of a whiskey or bourbon.  Pinot Noir grapes age 3 years in a heavy toast American oak barrel.  Because it is a brandy, it has a higher viscosity and richness in texture.  Matt Hatcher's favorite way to drink this brandy is in a Manhattan but his more sophisticated friends drink it with one single ice cube.  375ml
